What we collect on this website
- Enquiry form: your name, work email, company and the details you choose to give us, so we can reply.
- Waitlist: your email address, phone platform and plan of interest, so we can tell you when we launch.
- Analytics: we use a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool that counts page views without identifying you. We don’t use advertising trackers.
- Server logs: IP addresses and request details, kept for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or rent your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we’re in conversation and for up to two years after. Waitlist entries are deleted on request, or once we’ve invited you.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@triplicate.in.
