One place for the whole family's photos and papers
In most homes the photos are on four different phones and the important papers are with whoever filed them last. A family account backs up each person's phone privately and keeps a shared vault for the papers everyone may need.
What you have, and where it lives
Usually one copy, in one place. That's the part we fix.
| What | Where it usually is |
|---|---|
| Photos and videos of the children, trips and festivals | Spread across each person's phone |
| Aadhaar, PAN and passport scans for everyone | One parent's phone, or an old email |
| House papers, insurance policies and bank documents | A steel cupboard, and maybe a few photos on a phone |
| School fee receipts, report cards and certificates | A drawer and the school's app |
| Medical files and prescriptions | A plastic folder near the medicines |
| Contacts of relatives, doctors and the plumber | Only on the phone of whoever saved them |
How it usually gets lost
- A phone is stolen on a crowded train or bus, and with it the only copies of a year's photos of a child.
- One person knows where everything is. When they're travelling or unwell, nobody else can find the insurance policy or the house tax receipt.
- Everyone shares one Google account to save space. Then the password is changed, or the account is locked, and everyone loses access together.
- Grandparents' phones fill up and someone deletes photos to make room, not knowing they were the only copies.
What we back up
You choose what goes up. Copy one stays on your phone or laptop; copies two and three go to two storage providers you choose, one of them on another continent (Mumbai or Hyderabad if your data must stay in India).
Each person's phone
Photos and videos in the background, plus the document folders each person picks. Private to that person unless they choose to share.
A shared family vault
The papers the whole family may need: property documents, insurance, ID scans, medical files. Everyone you add can open it.
Up to five people
Parents, children, grandparents, on one prepaid account. Each person's backup stays private by default.
Undo mistakes
Version history brings back a photo or document someone deleted by mistake.
Good habits, with or without us
- Decide together which papers go in the shared vault. Usually: property, insurance, ID scans, medical files and anything a spouse or child would need in an emergency.
- Keep the printed recovery kit where at least two adults in the family can find it.
- Give older parents a phone that backs up on its own, so nobody has to remember to copy their photos.
- Print the recovery kit you get at setup and keep it with your other important papers. Your files are encrypted on your phone before upload and we can't reset your passphrase, so the kit is how you get back in.
How it works
- 1
Pick what matters
When the app launches, install it on your iPhone or Android phone and choose: photos, the folders you want, contacts, your mailbox. Nothing else leaves your phone.
- 2
It runs on its own
New photos and files are encrypted and copied in the background; email every few hours. Nobody has to remember.
- 3
Get it back
New phone, deleted file or lost laptop: restore everything, or bring back one document from version history.
What it costs

You pay for the storage you use at the rates of the two providers you choose, with a ₹200 monthly minimum. Top up by UPI, card or net banking. No auto-debit, no card on file. Prices exclude 18% GST. How pricing works.
