The household file you keep running, backed up from your phone
In many homes, one person keeps the house running: the electricity bill, the gas booking, the warranty cards, the school forms, the insurance renewal. Much of that knowledge lives on one phone and in one cupboard.
What you have, and where it lives
Usually one copy, in one place. That's the part we fix.
| What | Where it usually is |
|---|---|
| Electricity, water, gas and phone bills | SMS, email and a clip on the fridge |
| Warranty cards and purchase bills for appliances | A drawer, if they weren't thrown away |
| Children's school forms, fee receipts and report cards | A folder and the school app |
| Insurance policies and renewal reminders | Email and the cupboard |
| Recipes, family photos and contacts of everyone who helps at home | Your phone |
How it usually gets lost
- The washing machine stops in its second year and the bill for the warranty claim can't be found.
- A phone is replaced and years of contacts for the electrician, tailor, maid and school teachers don't come across.
- Thermal receipts fade until nothing can be read.
- When you're away or unwell, nobody else knows which bill is due or where the policy is.
What we back up
You choose what goes up. Copy one stays on your phone or laptop; copies two and three go to two storage providers you choose, one of them on another continent (Mumbai or Hyderabad if your data must stay in India).
Bills and warranties
Scan a bill with the app; it reads the vendor, date and amount and files it so you can find it at claim time.
House papers
Insurance, school and appliance papers in the shared family vault, so others in the family can find them.
Contacts
Every contact on your phone, so a new phone starts with all of them.
SMS
Bill alerts and booking messages: your full history on Android, new incoming messages on iPhone.
Good habits, with or without us
- Scan a bill the day you buy something with a warranty. Thermal paper fades.
- Put insurance and property papers in the family vault, so your spouse or children can find them when you're not around.
- Keep the printed recovery kit with the house papers.
- Scan the warranty card along with the bill. Some service centres ask for both.
How it works
- 1
Pick what matters
When the app launches, install it on your iPhone or Android phone and choose: photos, the folders you want, contacts, your mailbox. Nothing else leaves your phone.
- 2
It runs on its own
New photos and files are encrypted and copied in the background; email every few hours. Nobody has to remember.
- 3
Get it back
New phone, deleted file or lost laptop: restore everything, or bring back one document from version history.
What it costs
Prepaid, minimum ₹200 a month
You pay for the storage you use at the rates of the two providers you choose, with a ₹200 monthly minimum. Top up by UPI, card or net banking. No auto-debit, no card on file. Prices exclude 18% GST. How pricing works.
