The photos everyone wants, in one album everyone can open

After every wedding, birthday and festival, the good photos are scattered across a dozen phones and arrive compressed in WhatsApp. A shared album collects the originals in one place, backed up like everything else.

A phone sending family photos along dotted lines to grandparents with a tablet and to a relative's laptop, with a stack of white, pink and yellow copies.

What you have, and where it lives

Usually one copy, in one place. That's the part we fix.

WhatWhere it usually is
Wedding, birthday and festival photos from every guestA dozen phones, and WhatsApp forwards at low quality
Videos of the children for grandparentsOne parent's phone, sent in pieces when someone remembers
Old family photos scanned from albumsWhoever scanned them, on one laptop
Trip photos from everyone who wentEach person's phone, never put together

How it usually gets lost

  • Photos shared over WhatsApp are compressed, so the copy grandparents keep is never the original.
  • The person who collected everyone's photos changes phones, and the album goes with the old one.
  • A shared Google account fills up, and someone deletes the 'duplicates' that were the only originals.
  • Relatives abroad see the photos once in a chat and can't find them a year later.

What we back up

You choose what goes up. Copy one stays on your phone or laptop; copies two and three go to two storage providers you choose, one of them on another continent (Mumbai or Hyderabad if your data must stay in India).

Shared albums

Make an album for an event or a person and add the family members who should see it. Everyone sees full-quality originals.

Everyone can add

Guests and relatives add their own photos and videos to the album from their phones, so the best shots are all in one place.

View-only links

Send a time-limited link to a relative who isn't on your account; they can view and download without signing up.

Private by default

Nothing in your own backup is shared until you put it in an album. Remove someone and they lose access.

How sharing will work

  1. Create an album, for example 'Ammamma's 80th' or 'Diwali 2026'.
  2. Add family members by phone number or email. Up to five people on a family account can see and add; others get a view-only link.
  3. Everyone adds their photos from their own phone. Originals go up at full quality and are backed up to both of your providers.
  4. Change who can see the album, or end a link, whenever you like.

Good habits, with or without us

  • Make one album per event, and add it on the day, while everyone still has the photos on their phones.
  • Ask guests to share originals into the album instead of forwarding over WhatsApp.
  • Scan old printed albums once and put them in a shared album, so every branch of the family has the same copy.
  • Give grandparents a view-only link they can open on a tablet or TV browser.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick what matters

When the app launches, install it on your iPhone or Android phone and choose: photos, the folders you want, contacts, your mailbox. Nothing else leaves your phone.

  2. 2

    It runs on its own

New photos and files are encrypted and copied in the background; email every few hours. Nobody has to remember.

  3. 3

    Get it back

New phone, deleted file or lost laptop: restore everything, or bring back one document from version history.

What it costs

Prepaid, minimum ₹200 a month

You pay for the storage you use at the rates of the two providers you choose, with a ₹200 monthly minimum. Top up by UPI, card or net banking. No auto-debit, no card on file. Prices exclude 18% GST. How pricing works.
