RC, insurance and PUC, always findable

Vehicle papers live in a glovebox, a seat compartment, an email and the dealer's file. You need them at a check, at an accident and at resale.

A small car and a scooter beside a folder with a generic registration card, an insurance paper and a key.

What you have, and where it lives

Usually one copy, in one place. That's the part we fix.

WhatWhere it usually is
Registration certificate (RC)Wallet or glovebox
Insurance policyEmail and the glovebox
PUC certificateGlovebox, and it expires
Purchase invoice and loan NOCA file at home
Service records and warrantyThe service centre and a booklet

How it usually gets lost

  • The vehicle is stolen along with the papers in the glovebox.
  • An accident claim needs the policy and RC, and the copies are in the car that's been towed.
  • At resale, the buyer asks for the loan NOC and the service history.
  • The PUC expires and you don't notice.

What we back up

You choose what goes up. Copy one stays on your phone or laptop; copies two and three go to two storage providers you choose, one of them on another continent (Mumbai or Hyderabad if your data must stay in India).

Vehicle folder

Photograph RC, insurance, PUC and invoice into one folder.

Bills

Scan service bills with the bill scanner, so the history is complete at resale.

Family vault

Put the folder in the vault, so whoever drives can show the papers.

Share a copy

Send the RC or policy to an insurer or buyer with a link that expires.

Good habits, with or without us

  • DigiLocker and mParivahan can show your RC and driving licence on your phone. Keep your own scans of the invoice, NOC and service bills too.
  • Don't keep the only copies of your papers in the vehicle.
  • Scan the new PUC each time it's renewed.
  • Keep the loan NOC with the RC once the loan is closed.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick what matters

When the app launches, install it on your iPhone or Android phone and choose: photos, the folders you want, contacts, your mailbox. Nothing else leaves your phone.

  2. 2

    It runs on its own

New photos and files are encrypted and copied in the background; email every few hours. Nobody has to remember.

  3. 3

    Get it back

New phone, deleted file or lost laptop: restore everything, or bring back one document from version history.

What it costs

Prepaid, minimum ₹200 a month

You pay for the storage you use at the rates of the two providers you choose, with a ₹200 monthly minimum. Top up by UPI, card or net banking. No auto-debit, no card on file. Prices exclude 18% GST. How pricing works.
