How it actually gets lost
- A drawing is saved over with the wrong revision and the approved one is gone. Without older versions, someone redraws it.
- Rendering workstations run hot for hours at a time. Disks and power supplies fail.
- A client disputes what was approved. The proof is an email or a photo from months ago.
- Projects come back years later for an extension or renovation, and you need the as-built set.
What we back up
You choose the folders and mailboxes. Copy one stays with you; copies two and three go to two storage providers you choose, one of them on another continent (Mumbai or Hyderabad if your data must stay in India).

Project folders with renders grow quickly. You pay for the storage you use at the rates of the two providers you choose, with a ₹200 monthly minimum.
