How it actually gets lost
- Dust, heat and voltage swings shorten the life of every PC near the shop floor. The accounts PC is often the oldest machine in the building.
- A CNC program that took days to prove out sits on a pen drive. If it's lost, the job is set up again and tried on scrap.
- Customers ask for inspection reports and test certificates for old batches, sometimes years later. Without them, a rejection or warranty claim is hard to answer.
- Ransomware arrives through an attachment on the office PC and encrypts the shared folder that the design and accounts machines both use.

Which plan
Business, prepaid, minimum ₹200 a month
Most small units hold a few hundred GB across the accounts PC, the design computer and email. Groups with several plants can ask about an annual Enterprise commitment. You pay for the storage you use at the rates of the two providers you choose, with a ₹200 monthly minimum.
