Title papers, approvals and buyer payments, backed up off-site
A builder's office holds documents that matter for decades: title deeds, approvals, sale agreements and every buyer's payment schedule. triplicate keeps two more copies of the scans and the office data.
What you hold, and where it lives today
Usually one copy, in one place. That's the part we fix.
| Records | Where they usually live |
|---|---|
| Land title documents and approvals (layout, building plan, occupancy) | Scans on the office PC; originals in a file |
| RERA registration and project updates | The office PC |
| Bookings, sale agreements, payment schedules and receipts | Sales office software or spreadsheets |
| Architect and structural drawings | Email and a shared folder |
| Contractor bills, measurements and site photos | The site office and phones |
| Accounts, GST and TDS on property sales | The accounts PC |
How it actually gets lost
- A buyer's payment history is disputed at handover. If the sales office PC was replaced, the receipts trail may be gone with it.
- Title and approval scans are asked for again by every bank, every buyer's lawyer and at every resale.
- Site office computers run on generator power in dust, and are the first thing stolen from a quiet site.
- Projects run for years and staff change. Files sitting in personal email accounts leave with people.
What we back up
You choose the folders and mailboxes. Copy one stays with you; copies two and three go to two storage providers you choose, one of them on another continent (Mumbai or Hyderabad if your data must stay in India).
Document scans
Title chain, approvals and agreements, encrypted, with copies that can be locked against changes.
Sales and accounts data
Booking and receipt records and the accounting software's data folder, every night.
Site records
Site photos from phones and the site office laptop's bills and measurements.
Project email
Shared and personal project mailboxes, copied every few hours so files don't leave with staff.
Share bills with your CA, every month
Your accountant needs the same papers every GST month and every July. Put them in one shared folder instead of sending photos over WhatsApp.
A 'For my CA' folder
Supplier bills you scan, sales reports and bank statements are filed by financial year and month automatically.
Your CA opens it directly
Invite your CA by phone or email. They view and download what they need, when they need it.
Returns come back to the same place
Let your CA add files, so filed returns and acknowledgements sit next to the bills they came from.
You stay in control
See what was opened and downloaded, and remove access in one tap. Nothing else in your backup is shared.
How it works
- 1
We set it up with you
A short call. We pick the computers, phones and mailboxes that matter and set up the agent or app together.
- 2
It runs on its own
New and changed files are encrypted and copied every night; email every few hours. Nobody has to remember.
- 3
Restore when you need to
Dead disk, deleted folder or ransomware: download yesterday's files, or last month's, from any computer.

Prepaid only: top up by UPI, card or net banking and we deduct each month. No auto-debit. Prices exclude 18% GST. How pricing works.
