Patient histories that survive the clinic PC
A clinic's patient records usually sit on the reception PC or the doctor's laptop, with reports scattered across WhatsApp. triplicate keeps encrypted copies in India, and you decide whether a second copy may leave the country.
What you hold, and where it lives today
Usually one copy, in one place. That's the part we fix.
| Records | Where they usually live |
|---|---|
| Patient records and visit notes | Clinic software on the reception PC, or the doctor's laptop |
| Prescriptions and referral letters | Clinic software and printed copies |
| Lab reports and scans patients bring | WhatsApp, email and phone photos |
| Appointments and patient phone numbers | Clinic software or a phone |
| Accounts and income records | The laptop, or with your CA |
| Registration, establishment licence and waste disposal agreement | A paper file |
How it actually gets lost
- Patients return after two years expecting you to know their history. If the PC died in between, you start from scratch.
- Reports patients send on WhatsApp live only on the doctor's phone. Change or lose the phone and they're gone.
- A medico-legal question needs the notes from a particular visit, exactly as they were written then.
- The reception PC is used for printing, browsing and payments, which is how ransomware usually gets in.
What we back up
You choose the folders and mailboxes. Copy one stays with you; copies two and three go to two storage providers you choose, one of them on another continent (Mumbai or Hyderabad if your data must stay in India).
Clinic software data
The software's data or backup folder on the reception PC, every night.
Reports on the phone
Only the folders you choose, encrypted on the phone before upload.
The clinic mailbox, copied every few hours.
Licences and papers
Registration and licence scans, kept with their renewal dates.
Share bills with your CA, every month
Your accountant needs the same papers every GST month and every July. Put them in one shared folder instead of sending photos over WhatsApp.
A 'For my CA' folder
Supplier bills you scan, sales reports and bank statements are filed by financial year and month automatically.
Your CA opens it directly
Invite your CA by phone or email. They view and download what they need, when they need it.
Returns come back to the same place
Let your CA add files, so filed returns and acknowledgements sit next to the bills they came from.
You stay in control
See what was opened and downloaded, and remove access in one tap. Nothing else in your backup is shared.
How it works
- 1
We set it up with you
A short call. We pick the computers, phones and mailboxes that matter and set up the agent or app together.
- 2
It runs on its own
New and changed files are encrypted and copied every night; email every few hours. Nobody has to remember.
- 3
Restore when you need to
Dead disk, deleted folder or ransomware: download yesterday's files, or last month's, from any computer.
Which plan
Business, prepaid, minimum ₹200 a month
A single clinic usually fits in 100 GB. You pay for the storage you use at the rates of the two providers you choose, with a ₹200 monthly minimum.
Prepaid only: top up by UPI, card or net banking and we deduct each month. No auto-debit. Prices exclude 18% GST. How pricing works.
Get a call back
Leave a phone number or email and we'll call to understand your setup, usually within one working day. triplicate is in early access: we're setting up a small number of businesses by hand first.
