One server room shouldn't hold every record of every patient
Nursing homes and hospitals run admissions, billing, pharmacy and imaging from a server room in the same building as the wards. triplicate keeps encrypted copies elsewhere, including locked copies ransomware can't touch.
What you hold, and where it lives today
Usually one copy, in one place. That's the part we fix.
| Records | Where they usually live |
|---|---|
| Admissions, case sheets and billing | The hospital information system in the server room |
| Imaging studies | The image archive and modality workstations |
| Pharmacy and store inventory | Pharmacy software |
| Insurance and TPA claim files, pre-authorisations | Billing desk PCs and email |
| Discharge summaries and medico-legal records | The hospital system and scanned paper files |
| Registration, fire NOC and biomedical waste authorisation | The admin office |
How it actually gets lost
- Ransomware that reaches the main server stops admissions, billing and pharmacy together, and often encrypts the backup disk in the same room.
- A fire, a flooded basement server room or a lightning strike takes the servers and the on-site backups at once.
- TPA claims are queried months after discharge. Without the case file and bills, the claim gets short-paid.
- Medico-legal cases can arrive years later and need the original records.
What we back up
You choose the folders and mailboxes. Copy one stays with you; copies two and three go to two storage providers you choose, one of them on another continent (Mumbai or Hyderabad if your data must stay in India).
Databases
Nightly database backups sent to our S3-compatible endpoint by your IT team or vendor.
Imaging
Image archives, with residency rules you choose: you decide whether a copy may leave India.
Locked copies
Object lock keeps copies that can't be changed or deleted until the retention date, even with an admin password.
Billing desk and email
Claim files on billing PCs and the TPA mailboxes.
How it works
- 1
We set it up with you
A short call. We pick the computers, phones and mailboxes that matter and set up the agent or app together.
- 2
It runs on its own
New and changed files are encrypted and copied every night; email every few hours. Nobody has to remember.
- 3
Restore when you need to
Dead disk, deleted folder or ransomware: download yesterday's files, or last month's, from any computer.

Enterprise, prepaid annual commitment
Hospitals usually need a prepaid annual commitment, with retention, residency and restore tests agreed up front. You pay for the storage you use at the rates of the two providers you choose, with a ₹200 monthly minimum.
Prepaid only: top up by UPI, card or net banking and we deduct each month. No auto-debit. Prices exclude 18% GST. How pricing works.
