Tomorrow's check-ins shouldn't depend on one front-desk PC
Hotels and homestays keep bookings, guest IDs, Form C details for foreign guests and accounts on the front-desk PC and the owner's phone. triplicate copies them every night to two more places.
What you hold, and where it lives today
Usually one copy, in one place. That's the part we fix.
| Records | Where they usually live |
|---|---|
| Bookings, room charts and guest folios | Hotel software on the front-desk PC |
| Guest ID copies and check-in records | Scans on the front-desk PC and phone photos |
| Form C acknowledgements for foreign guests | Downloads on the front-desk PC |
| Booking-site statements and payouts | |
| Accounts and GST invoices | The accounts PC |
| Property photos for listings | The owner's phone |
How it actually gets lost
- When the front-desk PC dies in peak season, you don't know who's arriving tomorrow or what they've already paid.
- Guest ID copies are sensitive. Leaving them in a phone gallery is risky, and losing them is a problem when the police ask.
- Homestays in the hills and by the coast deal with power cuts, voltage spikes and damp, all hard on computers.
- Booking-site disputes and chargebacks come months after the stay, and you need the original messages.
What we back up
You choose the folders and mailboxes. Copy one stays with you; copies two and three go to two storage providers you choose, one of them on another continent (Mumbai or Hyderabad if your data must stay in India).

A 'For my CA' folder
Supplier bills you scan, sales reports and bank statements are filed by financial year and month automatically.
Your CA opens it directly
Invite your CA by phone or email. They view and download what they need, when they need it.
Returns come back to the same place
Let your CA add files, so filed returns and acknowledgements sit next to the bills they came from.
You stay in control
See what was opened and downloaded, and remove access in one tap. Nothing else in your backup is shared.
