Your bookings are in one inbox. Keep a copy somewhere else.
A travel agency runs on its inbox and its customer files: bookings, tickets, visa papers, passport scans and supplier invoices. triplicate copies the mailbox and the office PCs every day.
What you hold, and where it lives today
Usually one copy, in one place. That's the part we fix.
| Records | Where they usually live |
|---|---|
| Booking and ticket confirmations | Email inboxes |
| Passport, visa and photo scans | Office PC folders and WhatsApp |
| Itineraries and quotations | Staff PCs |
| Airline, hotel and supplier statements | |
| Customer ledgers, GST and TCS records | The accounts PC |
How it actually gets lost
- An email account is locked after a recovery check fails, and with it every booking confirmation.
- A customer is at the airport and the visa copy is on the phone of a staff member who's on leave.
- Passport scans are sensitive. They should be encrypted, not in an open shared folder.
- Refunds and cancellations are settled months later, and you need the original emails to claim them.
What we back up
You choose the folders and mailboxes. Copy one stays with you; copies two and three go to two storage providers you choose, one of them on another continent (Mumbai or Hyderabad if your data must stay in India).
Mailboxes
Every IMAP mailbox in the agency, copied every few hours. Restore to any mailbox if one is locked.
Customer documents
Passport and visa folders from office PCs, encrypted.
Phone documents
Documents customers send to staff phones, from the folders you choose.
Accounts
Ledgers, GST and TCS records from the accounts PC.
Share bills with your CA, every month
Your accountant needs the same papers every GST month and every July. Put them in one shared folder instead of sending photos over WhatsApp.
A 'For my CA' folder
Supplier bills you scan, sales reports and bank statements are filed by financial year and month automatically.
Your CA opens it directly
Invite your CA by phone or email. They view and download what they need, when they need it.
Returns come back to the same place
Let your CA add files, so filed returns and acknowledgements sit next to the bills they came from.
You stay in control
See what was opened and downloaded, and remove access in one tap. Nothing else in your backup is shared.

Restore when you need to
