How it actually gets lost
- External disks get dropped, stop spinning or fill up and get overwritten. One failed disk can hold a whole season.
- A couple comes back a year later for an anniversary album. If the originals were deleted to make space, you can't help.
- Cards get formatted for the next shoot before anyone checks the copy finished.
- Studios get burgled, and the cameras and the shelf of disks go together.

You choose the folders and mailboxes. Copy one stays with you; copies two and three go to two storage providers you choose, one of them on another continent (Mumbai or Hyderabad if your data must stay in India).

Which plan
Business, prepaid, minimum ₹200 a month
Photographers store a lot. Keeping only selected RAWs and final edits long-term keeps it lower. You pay for the storage you use at the rates of the two providers you choose, with a ₹200 monthly minimum.
