How it actually gets lost
- A client prepaid for ten sessions. If the record is lost, you either argue at the counter or honour it from memory.
- Colour formulas are why regular clients come back. A tablet gets dropped, or a stylist leaves with the notebook.
- Before-and-after photos, your best marketing, sit on staff phones.
- The software and its data often live on one front-desk machine with no copy.

Which plan
Business, prepaid, minimum ₹200 a month
A salon or spa usually fits in 100 GB. You pay for the storage you use at the rates of the two providers you choose, with a ₹200 monthly minimum.
Prepaid only: top up by UPI, card or net banking and we deduct each month. No auto-debit. Prices exclude 18% GST. How pricing works.
