Offer letters, payslips and Form 16, there when the next job asks
Every job change, home loan and visa application asks for the same pile: offer letter, relieving letter, payslips, Form 16, certificates. Much of it sits in a work mailbox you lose on your last day.
What you have, and where it lives
Usually one copy, in one place. That's the part we fix.
| What | Where it usually is |
|---|---|
| Offer letters, appointment and relieving letters | Personal email, sometimes only the work mailbox |
| Payslips and Form 16 | The company HR portal, which you lose access to when you leave |
| PF and pension statements | The EPFO portal and downloads folder |
| Certificates, ID scans and your CV | Laptop downloads folder |
| Appraisal letters and experience certificates |
How it usually gets lost
- Your access to the HR portal ends on the last working day, before you've downloaded the year's payslips.
- A bank asks for three years of Form 16 for a home loan, and one employer has since shut down.
- The laptop crashes a week before a visa interview, with every scanned document on it.
- An old personal email account gets locked after years of not logging in, along with the offer letter from your first job.
What we back up
You choose what goes up. Copy one stays on your phone or laptop; copies two and three go to two storage providers you choose, one of them on another continent (Mumbai or Hyderabad if your data must stay in India).
Career papers
A folder for offer letters, relieving letters, payslips and Form 16, from your phone or a Windows or Linux laptop.
Your personal mailbox, copied every few hours. Restore it as an mbox file if the account is ever locked.
Scans on your phone
Photograph a letter or certificate into a folder you've chosen to back up.
Sending documents
Share one document with a recruiter or a bank with a link that expires.
Good habits, with or without us
- Download payslips and Form 16 every year, before you need them. Don't wait for your last week at a company.
- Keep job papers in your own folders, not only in a work laptop or work email, which belong to your employer.
- Name files with the year and company, so you can find them in a hurry.
- Print the recovery kit you get at setup and keep it with your other important papers. Your files are encrypted on your phone before upload and we can't reset your passphrase, so the kit is how you get back in.
How it works
- 1
Pick what matters
When the app launches, install it on your iPhone or Android phone and choose: photos, the folders you want, contacts, your mailbox. Nothing else leaves your phone.
- 2
It runs on its own
New photos and files are encrypted and copied in the background; email every few hours. Nobody has to remember.
- 3
Get it back
New phone, deleted file or lost laptop: restore everything, or bring back one document from version history.
What it costs
Prepaid, minimum ₹200 a month
You pay for the storage you use at the rates of the two providers you choose, with a ₹200 monthly minimum. Top up by UPI, card or net banking. No auto-debit, no card on file. Prices exclude 18% GST. How pricing works.
