Your project, your notes and every marksheet, safe from one bad laptop

A student's laptop holds months of work and is carried everywhere, dropped, borrowed and charged with whatever cable is around. Admissions, scholarships and jobs ask for the same certificates again and again.

A student's desk with an open laptop, a stack of books, a framed certificate and a desk lamp.

What you have, and where it lives

Usually one copy, in one place. That's the part we fix.

WhatWhere it usually is
Project files, reports and codeOne laptop, sometimes a pen drive
Class notes and photos of the boardPhone gallery, mixed in with everything else
Marksheets, certificates and admit cardsA file at home, in a different city
Scholarship and admission forms, fee receiptsEmail and downloads folder
Internship letters and your CVEmail

How it usually gets lost

  • The laptop won't boot the week before the final project is due, and the last copy on a pen drive is a month old.
  • Certificates are at home in another city when a scholarship or a counselling round asks for them by tomorrow.
  • A college email account closes some time after you graduate, along with the internship letters in it.
  • You save over the good version of a report at 2 a.m. and can't get it back.

What we back up

You choose what goes up. Copy one stays on your phone or laptop; copies two and three go to two storage providers you choose, one of them on another continent (Mumbai or Hyderabad if your data must stay in India).

Laptop folders

Your project and study folders on a Windows or Linux laptop, with older versions kept so you can go back to yesterday's file.

Certificates

Scan each marksheet and certificate once, into a folder you back up. Then you have them wherever you are.

Phone notes

Photos of the board and handwritten notes, in the background.

College email

Copy the college mailbox before it closes, if it allows IMAP, and keep the archive as an mbox file.

Good habits, with or without us

  • Scan every certificate and marksheet in colour, both sides, and name the files clearly.
  • DigiLocker is a useful official copy of documents that issuers send to it, such as a driving licence or some board marksheets. It isn't a backup of your own scans, photos and family papers.
  • Back up your college email before you graduate. Many colleges close or limit accounts after you leave.
  • Keep your project folder on the laptop's disk, not only on a pen drive that goes from lab to lab.

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick what matters

When the app launches, install it on your iPhone or Android phone and choose: photos, the folders you want, contacts, your mailbox. Nothing else leaves your phone.

  2. 2

    It runs on its own

New photos and files are encrypted and copied in the background; email every few hours. Nobody has to remember.

  3. 3

    Get it back

New phone, deleted file or lost laptop: restore everything, or bring back one document from version history.

What it costs

Prepaid, minimum ₹200 a month

You pay for the storage you use at the rates of the two providers you choose, with a ₹200 monthly minimum. Top up by UPI, card or net banking. No auto-debit, no card on file. Prices exclude 18% GST. How pricing works.
